CUSTOMER DATA
We keep a record of your purchase which includes your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone, fax, and payment information (including credit card if used).

USE OF THIS DATA
We use the information to process your order, to contact you regarding your order, to advise you of administrative changes (for example, in November, 2008, we advised all customers that we had relocated our business which changed our address and telephone number), and to advise you about any special offers or product changes.

DATA ACCESS
Only the President, CFO, and accountants of Garden Cat, Inc. have access to data about our customers. We do not sell or provide any customer information to any third parties.

SECURE ORDER PROCESSING
When you place an order with us, it is processed by a third party to maintain security. That third party is currently Mal's e-commerce Limited. Your information is stored temporarily on their hard disks. They do not keep your data beyond the routine back-up of their live database which is made for operational reasons. Once we retrieve the information about your order, it is deleted from their system and is not retrievable.

They do not pass customer data to anyone other than to us. Their Privacy Policy can be viewed on their web site.

EMAIL
Our email is SMTP, which is not an encrypted protocol, so our e-mail passes across the internet unencrypted.

COOKIES
We don't use any cookies or tracking information.
