Design Assistance...
We will help you with your design. Send a sketch or call us and we’ll send you
some draft ideas. Add lettering or graphic effects. We won’t charge anything for
the first hour of design time.

 Keepsake Quality...
We print the image on archive quality photo paper with pigment inks engineered
to last 100 years. The image is protected with a clear plastic laminate and
mounted on 1/8 inch thick clear acrylic. A laser bonds the protective plastic and
the acrylic base sealing the actual image from the elements.
Laser Cut...
With jigsaw puzzles made of cardboard and cut with a stamping press, your image has to fit the puzzle stamp or the image has to be cropped. But our puzzles are cut by a computer controlled industrial laser. This allows us to cut any shape or size of puzzle pieces up to one foot by two feet and any size or shape puzzle. |
Complete Flexibility!
We don’t have any set puzzle dimensions; we will adjust our laser to fit the dimensions of the image you provide. This allows us to be completely flexible to meet your needs.

 InLay Frames...
We make acrylic frames that fit the shape of your puzzle. The border for frames less than 12" (tall) x 24" (wide) are made from a single piece of acrylic (not joined at the corners). For frames that exceed either 12 inches (tall) or 24 inches (wide), the border is joined at the corners. We can make the frames in any color of acrylic, we keep black, red, yellow, blue, green, orange, and mirror in stock but can get additional colors if needed.
Hint - If you want to mount your puzzle for display we recommend using double stick tape. Assemble the puzzle, flip it over, apply double stick tape to the back, place cardboard or other backing onto the tape.

41¢ Square Inch!
We sell our puzzles by the square inch, enlarging or reducing your image to the number of square inches that you order. Our puzzles are 41¢ per square inch. |
Puzzle Size Computer...
 Use our Puzzle Size Computer to plan the number of pieces and cost of various size puzzles. You enter the size of your photo, you then enter various puzzle sizes and piece sizes, then the computer calculates the dimensions of your puzzle, number of pieces, and the price.
You can also enter various frame border widths to calculate the size and cost of an InLay frame.

orders or personal checks (we wait for personal checks to
clear before making the puzzle). |
 Discounts & Special
Orders...
If you want multiple copies of the same puzzle we will give
you a volume discount.
If you want something written on the puzzle, there is no additional charge unless it is something very elaborate or uses multiple fonts that require our puzzle designers to spend more than 30 minutes of design time.
If your business would like small puzzles to be used as a
promotional item or to recognize an event, we can include your
logo, and any special printing.

Gift
Certificates!
If you would
like to purchase a gift certificate just Contact Us. Gift certificate made of the same material
as our puzzles. Each  certificate is about 6 inches long
and 2 ½ inches wide and has a puzzle pattern etched
on the surface by our lasers.
Gift certificates
are mailed with an order form for the recipient to select
their puzzle cuts and piece sizes, and stamped, return
address shipping label for the recipient to mail their
order, picture, and the gift certificate back to us.
As with all orders, you may have the gift certificate
sent to you or to the person you would like to receive
it as a gift. No name is entered on the gift certificate
so a gift certificate is as good as cash for us.
